A real treat from Hubert

Here the owner is the chef! The owner Hubert is passionate about cooking and will spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, creative Eisack valley specialities and Italian titbits. Everything is freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients. You can even go fishing in our pond and ask Hubert to prepare your catch for you for dinner.

We’ll spoil you from the moment you get up. There’s a rich breakfast buffet with fine teas and coffee to kick start your day. In the evening sit down to a well set table and savour our creative dishes, with rich salad buffet. A real treat for the palate. You’ll find the perfect wine to accompany your meals in our wellstocked wine cellar. You won’t forget our barbeques for some time either. People have been known to ask for Huberts recipes to try out at home…and every now and again he does pass on some of his secrets.

Our comfortable Stube and well-furnished dining room seats 50 to 60 people. We can also cater for special occasions – christenings/baptisms, first comunions and confirmations to name but a few. We’ll make sure that your day is special.
