Culinary delights are a great tradition in Gufidaun in Eisacktal. This holiday region is the birthplace of Törggelen (an old South Tyrolean tradition for tasting the new wine) – a favourite proper meal of farmers' home-made products popular beyond the borders of South Tyrol. What can be finer than getting together in a wine cellar after a hike and partaking of the fruits of autumn? Our young wine, roasted chestnuts, Speck, cheese and other delicacies are the centrepiece of this culinary pleasure.
